KEY PRODUCT FEATURES

The high carbon content of Pb C batteries allows the electrode to have better low temperature starting ability, charge accepting ability, and high current charge and discharge performance than conventional lead-acid batteries. When the battery is charged and discharged in frequent high transient current, it mainly releases or receives current from the carbon material with capacitive characteristics, inhibits the negative sulfation of the lead-acid battery, and effectively prolongs the service life of the battery.

This Pb C battery adopts a unique formulation and optimized curing process. Positive active material has strong anti-softening ability, good deep cycle life, and high utilization rate of active materials. In addition, the lead paste of the negative electrode has strong anti-vulcanization ability, low decomposition rate, and good low-temperature starting performance. Compared with the ordinary product on the market, the Pb C battery positive grid is made of new special alloy and structural design with good corrosion resistance, current distribution, close combination with active materials, high current performance and strong load acceptance.
